Paul was born in Baltimore Maryland, Raised in the church, Paul knew early he would sing and be a musician, He started early on the organ where he began as a church organist, moved on to be a member of several Gospel Quartets as a bass playing. Later Paul branched out on his own as a solo artist, after several recordings and many engagements, Paul became known for his uniquee sound and arrangement
